REGISTRATION UPDATE

Fall registration is OPEN. Additional dates, practice start timelines, and game schedules will be posted once registration opens.

CONCESSION VOLUNTEER UPDATE

A concession volunteer fee is now included in registration costs for each player. As a volunteer-run nonprofit league, concessions help support field maintenance, equipment, umpire fees, and overall league operations throughout the season.

Families will have the opportunity to earn this fee back by volunteering in concessions during the season. Each family is required to complete a minimum of two concession shifts, with $15 reimbursed per completed shift, allowing families to earn back up to $30 per player.

FIELDS & PRACTICES

Season & Game Information:

• Blast Ball registration fee includes a hat and jersey
• Tee Ball and Baseball & Softball players obtain their own uniforms; coaches coordinate uniform details per team
• Tee Ball is broken into two age groups: Blast Ball 2–3 and Tee Ball 4–5
• Blast Ball & Tee Ball games are hosted at Walker Hawk Sports Complex and Community Fields (days/times vary by division)
• Baseball & Softball games are hosted at Walker Hawk, Caddo, and Nevada, depending on division and scheduling
• Games may be scheduled Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday evenings, or Saturdays
• Playoff/tournament games may be scheduled Monday through Saturday
• Practice schedules vary by team; coaches may hold one (1) or two (2) practices per week at their discretion

** Eligible for NCS Rec World Series Tournament Team tryouts (not applicable for Fall season).

Fall season format: regular season play followed by a Single-elimination tournament for 6U and up (format may vary by division).
