Tee Ball(Ages 4-5)

Information

Tee Ball is a non-competitive program focused on fun, fitness, and fundamentals where players are first introduced to the basics of baseball and softball. Little League® International strives to provide a Tee Ball experience focused on teaching the fundamentals of the game in a fun environment while incorporating a high level of physical activity.

Registration for Spring is now closed. Fall registration will open June 1st. 

FIELDS & PRACTICES

Fields: Games and practices will be held at league-designated fields.

Practices: Practice days and times are set by the coach. Tee Ball teams typically practice 1–2 times per week depending on field availability and team needs.

EQUIPMENT

Uniforms:

Uniforms are NOT included. Teams must secure a sponsor for uniforms.

Equipment needed:

• Glove
• Helmet
• Pants
• Cleats
• Personal Bat
• Baseball Bag (Optional)

Games, Scheduling & League Play

Game Days

Monday – Saturday

Games may be scheduled Mon–Sat depending on division and field availability.

Rainouts

Reschedule Day: Wednesday

When possible, rainout games will be rescheduled on Wednesdays.

  • Blast Ball / T-Ball: All games are played at Community Fields and Walker Hawk Sports Complex (Royse City).
  • Baseball & Softball: Games may be hosted at Caddo, Royse City (Walker Hawk), and Nevada, depending on division and scheduling.
  • Blast Ball / T-Ball: Typically one (1) to two (2) practices per week, based on coach discretion.
  • Baseball & Softball: Practice frequency may vary by division and coach discretion.
  • Blast Ball / T-Ball: Regular season only (no postseason tournament).
  • Baseball & Softball: Regular season play followed by a postseason tournament (format may vary by division).
  • Tournament brackets and timelines may vary by age group.
  • Playoff/tournament games may be scheduled Mon–Sat.
  • Schedules may change due to weather, field conditions, or bracket timing.
  • Teams should be prepared for flexible scheduling during postseason play.

Spring registration is currently closed.

Fall registration opens June 1. Specific practice start dates and game schedules will be posted once registration opens.
